The temperature has a vital role in determining the performance of teachers and students. The pressure on students to perform well in extreme temperatures adds to the burden on them. Aside from affecting concentration levels of the students, humidity and extremely hot temperatures can cause fatigue and nausea whilst freezing cold temperatures can cause lack of attention.

Air conditioner's will not just help in cooling/heating, the temperature but will also help in keeping the rooms well ventilated. The students will then concentrate better once they are given no reason to complain and be restless about extreme temperature.
