Hotel's, Lodge's & Spa's

It is important that hotels offer controlled and comfortable temperatures. A comfortable hotel, which provides the right temperature will improve its appeal and be more likely to retain customers, encourage future visits and also receive more recommendations.

Hotels must be careful to resolve any issues with "hot spots" in the building, such as in the kitchen and service counter areas as well as cold areas such as hotel foyers. Display lighting, high-tech equipment and catering equipment, as well as body heat from people, all produce high volumes of unwanted heat through the year; extending beyond the summer months. It is this that air conditioning can address for hotel owners and managers.

Customers expect to enjoy a relaxing experience whether they are using hotels for an overnight stay prior to, or after, a business event but especially if they are using the hotel for a leisure break, regardless of the duration. Hotel customers need to experience the right atmosphere to enjoy all the treatments and services that hotels have to offer.
